Northern School of Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy (NSCAP) Open Day - 28 February 2019
(Published on 22/01/2019)
As a part of a widening access agenda, the Northern School of Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy (NSCAP) was established to provide government funded (Health Education England) clinical training for Child and Adolescent Psychotherapists to extend the offer of therapies for vulnerable children with complex trauma in the North of England. We have Child Psychotherapy trainees across Northern England and are looking to support the NE in particular. An essential criterion for eligibility for the clinical training is completion of a postgraduate course which students would have to self-fund. At present NSCAP Leeds site is the only provider of this course in the North as the course at Northumbria University was withdrawn.
